Natita had worked for the well-known international and local firms where she had practiced in the field of corporate and employment litigation enabling her to gain both international and domestic experience in both non-litigations, especially for corporate registration and compliance, including litigations prior to joining us. She assists our partners and seniors in both non-litigation and litigation matters especially for acquiring shares and properties of targets, commercial agreements, commercial debt recovery, and civil and criminal cases.
